O tempo passa, a vida anda e muita coisa tende a mudar. O charmoso casal florianopolitano apresentou para o Studio Guilherme Torres o seu triplex, construído inicialmente para hospedar uma grande família, mas agora abrigando apenas os dois. Partindo disso, o casal listou diversos desejos para este novo lar, como repensar o pavimento dedicado aos quartos, explorar a vista para o mar, criar elementos que tragam privacidade, transformar o 2º pavimento em um local acolhedor e isolá-lo de qualquer ruído do 1º pavimento, onde funciona um espaço para receber.
Guilherme Torres notou diversos pontos para explorar no decorrer deste projeto, como a unificação de ambientes através de acabamentos, ocultar assimetrias do espaço com o uso de marcenaria, realocar o lavabo para maior aproveitamento do living e cozinha do triplex, além de criar uma área íntima separada destes espaços.
Rico em luz natural, integrado e prático, o projeto do apartamento foi desenvolvido para simplificar a convivência do casal. O living demonstra essa sofisticada simplicidade, com chão em Basaltina, além do forro e parede em carvalho. O grande destaque deste ambiente fica por conta de um extenso e grande ripado de madeira, que ocultam as esquadrias das janelas do ambiente e percorre o pavimento inteiro. Vale destacar o mobiliário deste ambiente, que conta com diversas peças autorais de Torres, como o sofá Lee, a mesa de centro Roll e as poltronas Wabi.
Na sala de jantar, a materialidade segue a mesma linha do living e mais peças exclusivas dão vida ao ambiente. As Orbe Chair Basic e a mesa Supernova trarão vida a diversos momentos, sejam eles a dois, entre amigos ou em família. Outro destaque do ambiente fica com a luminária Aim, da Flos, responsável pelo charme contemporâneo deste ambiente.
Para maximizar o uso de espaços, o novo Home Theater implementado ainda no 2º pavimento conta com um sofá multifuncional, sendo usado como sofá na parte frontal e mesa de trabalho na parte posterior, desenhado pelo próprio Studio.
Um ambiente como a cozinha precisará de espaço para o desenvolvimento de ideias, e, pensando nisso, a estante se une a janela, enquanto os aparatos cotidianos de cozinha são ocultos pelo painel em carvalho. Tantas ideias podem exigir espaços cada vez mais únicos para criar novas memórias, para isso, na área externa foi desenvolvido um ambiente com vista privilegiada e um espaço dedicado à uma aconchegante lareira.
A grande surpresa está a alguns passos de distância, no 3º pavimento do triplex. Os antigos quartos, deram lugares a uma sofisticada e ampla suíte, dois espaçosos closets e um ambiente totalmente renovado. A cama Atari — desenho autoral — e os detalhes do ambiente entregam o conforto que este casal terá em seu cotidiano, mas é a janela do piso ao teto, integrada a um painel iluminado que cria uma iluminação em 90º, aproveitando a leve inclinação do edifício para criar uma moldura singular para uma paisagem de tirar o fôlego.

Time goes by, life moves on, and many things tend to change. The charming couple from Florianopolis presented Studio Guilherme Torres their triplex, initially built to host a large family, but now housing only the two of them. Based on this, the couple listed several wishes for this new home, such as rethinking the floor dedicated to the bedrooms, exploring the ocean view, creating elements that bring privacy, transforming the 2nd floor into a cozy place and isolating it from any noise from the 1st floor, where a reception area works.
Guilherme Torres noted several points to explore during the course of this project, such as the unification of environments through finishes, hiding asymmetries of space with the use of carpentry, relocating the toilet to make better use of the triplex's living room and kitchen, and creating an intimate area separate from these spaces.
Rich in natural light, integrated and practical, the apartment project was developed to simplify the couple's coexistence. The living room demonstrates this sophisticated simplicity, with a Basaltina floor and oak ceiling and walls. The highlight of this room is an extensive and large wooden lath, which hides the window frames and runs through the entire floor. It is worth mentioning the furniture in this room, which has several pieces by Torres, such as the sofa Lee, the coffee table Roll, and the armchairs Wabi.
In the dining room, the materiality follows the same line as the living room and more exclusive pieces give life to the environment. The Orbe Chair Basic and the Supernova table will bring life to various moments, whether they are for two, with friends, or with family. Another highlight of the room is the Aim lamp, by Flos, responsible for the contemporary charm of this room.
To maximize the use of space, the new home theater implemented in the second floor has a multifunctional sofa, used as a sofa in the front and a work table in the back, designed by the Studio itself.
An environment such as the kitchen will need space for the development of ideas, and with this in mind, the bookcase joins the window, while the everyday kitchen appliances are hidden by the oak panel. So many ideas may require more and more unique spaces to create new memories, for this, in the external area, an environment was developed with privileged views and a space dedicated to a cozy fire.
The big surprise is just a few steps away, on the third floor of the triplex. The old bedrooms have given way to a sophisticated and spacious suite, two spacious closets, and a totally renovated environment. The Atari bed — authorial design — and the details of the environment deliver the comfort that this couple will have in their daily life, but it is the floor to ceiling window, integrated to a lighted panel that creates a 90º illumination, taking advantage of the slight inclination of the building to create a unique frame for a breathtaking landscape.
